All Refinement Home Inspections INCLUDE thermal imaging and Drone Inspections* ($250 value).

We simply want the best experience for our customers without all the hassle of additional fees.

We may not be able to perform drone inspections on all properties. Although we are licensed FAA Drone pilots and get special LAANC (Low Altitude Authorization and Notification Capability) approvals, some properties may be too close to airports, military bases, or other restricted areas for us to fly.

    *This is a service we offer to those that do not want an inspection report. You will walk with our inspector during their normal inspection process, but you take your own photos and create your own repair list (price includes 1.5hrs and $100/hr after initial 1.5hr)
