We create an easy-access, online portal to make it more convenient to find all reports, documents, and invoices related to your inspection.
During your inspection, our INTERNACHI Certified Professional Inspector will educate you on the inspection process, the tools were using, why they benefit you, and a final summary of what we find during our inspection.
Are you out of state or simply can’t make it? No worries – our inspectors will call you once we finish your inspection to give you a quick summary of any major items and an overall condition of the home. You will receive your full-detailed report within 24hrs after the inspection.
Do you have repairs you want the owner to fix? All of our reports have a built-in repair request builder that allow you to choose which items you would like fixed, create a price for each repair, and send it out to your seller and their agent via email, text, or pdf.
